Finger Lakes Eat Smart New York

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County is a part a regional program called Finger Lakes Eat Smart New York, which is free to all individuals who qualify for benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Finger Lakes Eat Smart New York offers SNAP-eligible families ways to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink fewer sweetened beverages and practice healthy lifestyles. Find recipes, tips and free food demos, workshops, grocery store tours and more HERE!
