2021 June Dairy Parade

  • Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This year’s June Dairy Parade event will kick off National Dairy Month by holding their annual June Dairy parade for Cortland County!

The Dairy Parade, but in “reverse,” is set for Tuesday, June 1 from 4-8 p.m. and will be a little different for all to see on Main Street in Cortland.

It’s going to be fun, a little different planning which

has never been done before.

  • The parade portion of the event will be 6:30-7:30 p.m.
  • The event will have stationary floats in a drive-thru setting for cars looking to drive through starting at North Main Street and end at South Main Street.
  • Pedestrians are allowed to walk through the parade as well and it will also be live/virtual for residents who choose to watch the parade from home.

Volunteers will direct traffic and community members through the parade, with COVID-19 social distancing guidelines implemented.

Residents participating will receive a gift bag, which includes chocolate milk, near the endpoint of the parade on South Main Street.

Vendors are also included in the event.
